Sweets sangatttt.....

Lately, I've been craving more sweets than usual and I'm not sure why. Haha..pembawaan budaklah katenye....Katenyer....Doakan yer azam tahun baru ni....aminnnnnn.....Yesterday i bought a lovely cuppies one was Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and second was Devil's Food cake with Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting. hah amek kau nama panjang nak mamps...Wallaweh...sedappp sangat y'lls.....i tell you the cream cheese tu sangattt sedappp okeh.....the cake base tu for me tak manis sangat and right the combination yang sangat menarik la...I prefer the Devil's food cake more than red velvet since it contains less sugar. But the r.v also not as sweet as compared to other r.v i've tried before.  Absolutely recommended,   feel free to enjoy and order from Muniroh's Bakery. Siap promote haha sharing is caring kann....

Not finish yet,  later before going to sleep again macam nak makan sesuatu kan. hah kau hado before nak tidoq pon dok craving nak makan something sweets...my husband geleng kepala jer....Luckily, my sister brought a very sinful Crunchy Almond in Salted Caramel Mille Crepe cake. ya Allah....ya ampunnn....no words can describe....pergilah try sendiri kat Food Foundry, Petaling Jaya. Worth trying...Alhamdulillah...boleh tidur dengan lena....hihihi..... 

Mille crepe, which literally means a thousand layers of crepe, is actually a cake comprising about 30 smooth, light layers of crepe with fresh cream between each layer. It’s melt-in-your-mouth good, not too sweet, incredibly light and extremely addictive.
Made fresh daily, with ingredients of the highest possible quality, the cake comes in three flavours.

The original is made with fresh vanilla pods for a rich flavour; the chocolate mille crepe has a velvety texture and a bitter-sweet taste that true chocolate lovers will revel in; and the strawberries and cream flavour features thick jam and strawberry pieces sandwiched between layers of crepe and the original vanilla cream. DIY Facial Masks For Different Skin Types

Facial spa treatments can be costly and sometime, ineffective, so if you’re on a budget and your skin is in need of a little TLC, grab some of the ingredients in your pantry and you’ll realize that what you just might could actually rival the quality of the masks you pay heaps for. These are a variety of inexpensive and natural D.I.Y. facial masks that that works for each of the most commons skin types.

Anti-Aging Mask (Suitable for Sensitive Skin)

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp Oatmeal

1 tsp Rice Flour

2tbsp  Distilled water

In a saucepan, heat-up the oatmeal and distilled water. Once it is cool, add in the rice flour and apple cider vinegar and mix until it forms a thick paste. Apply it on your skin and leave-on for about 15 minutes and rinse well with warm water.

Oily Skin

1  Ripe Banana

1 tbsp Honey

1 Orange/Lemon

Mash the banana in a bowl, and mix with a few drops of the citrus fruit and table spoon of honey. Stir until it forms a thick mushy paste and then apply on your face, leaving it on for 15 minutes. Rinse off the mask with a cool washcloth and avoid warm or hot water and it will encourage the production of oil in the skin.

Dry Skin

1/2 Avacado

1 tbspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tspn Apple Cider Vinegar

Peel and mash the avocado in a bowl, then combine extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar and mix until all the ingredients turn into a thick paste. Apply the mask over your skin and leave it on your face for 15 minutes. Avocado is rich in healthy fats that can smoothens rough, dry or flaky skin, while apple cider vinegar promotes blood circulation in the skin, and dissolve excessive fatty deposits on the skin to reduce peeling conditions. 

Acne-Prone Skin

3 Aspirin tablets

1 tbsp Warm Honey

1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Start by crushing the aspirin tablets and place them into a shallow dish. Add in a few drops of water, little by little and then combine the honey and olive oil. Stir ingredients well and apply the mask over areas that need treatment. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse off with a gentle cleanser.

Aspirin-based masks have been know to help dry up pimples on your face, making it a quick and easy treatment for smooth and hydrated skin.

Human Brain Analysis - Man vs. Woman. Which is true most of the time. hehe. 

1. MULTI-TASKING

Women - Multiple process

Womens brains designed to concentrate multiple task at a time.
Women can Watch a TV and Talk over phone and cook.

Men - Single Process

Mens brains designed to concentrate only one work at a time. Men can not watch TV and talk over the phone at the same time. they stop the TV while Talking. They can either watch TV or talk over the phone or cook.

2. LANGUAGE

Women can easily learn many languages. But can not find solutions to problems. Men can not easily learn languages, they can easily solve problems. That's why in average a 3 years old girl has three times higher vocabulary than a 3 yeard old boy.

3. ANALYTICAL SKILLS

Mens brains has a lot of space for handling the analytical process. They can analyze and find the solution for a process and design a map of a building easily. But If a complex map is viewed by women, they can not understand it. Women can not understand the details of a map easily, For them it is just a dump of lines on a paper.

4. CAR DRIVING

While driving a car, mans analytical spaces are used in his brain. He can drive a car fastly. If he sees an object at long distance, immediately his brain classifies the object (bus or van or car) direction and speed of the object and he drives accordingly. Where woman take a long time to recognize the object direction/ speed. Mans single process mind stops the audio in the car (if any), then concentrates only on driving.

5. LYING

When men lie to women face to face, they get caught easily. Womans super natural brain observes facial expression 70%, body language 20% and words coming from the mouth 10%. Mens brain does not have this. Women easily lie to men face to face.

So guys, do not lie face to face.

6. PROBLEMS SOLVING

If a man have a lot of problems, his brain clearly classifies the problems and puts them in individual rooms in the brain and then finds the solution one by one. You can see many guys looking at the sky for a long time. If a woman has a lot of problems, her brain can not classify the problems. she wants some one to hear that. After telling everything to a person she goes happily to bed. She does not worry about the problems being solved or not.

7. WHAT THEY WANT

Men want status, success, solutions, big process, etc... But Women want relationship, friends, family, etc...

8. UNHAPPINESS

If women are unhappy with their relations, they can not concentrate on their work. If men are unhappy with their work, they can not concentrate on the relations.

9. SPEECH

Women use indirect language in speech. But Men use direct language.

10. HANDLING EMOTION

Women talk a lot without thinking. Men act a lot without thinking.

Teringat kata-kata dari Prof Muhaya (segmen Situasi & Remedi);

Dalam kita hidup bermasyarakat ni, orang di sekeliling selalu tanya kalau kita tak ada boyfriend, BILA nak ade boyfrined atau BETUL ke takde boyfriend atau jual mahal sangat kot. Hoh. Pastu bila dah ada tanya lagi  BILA nak kawen. Asek dok berkepit ja. Tahun depan jumpa masa raya waktu tu dah kahwin la tanya pulak DAH ada isi ke..Pastu jumpa lagi umah sedara tanya lagi BILA nak bagi adik pulak..ya Allah.......STRESS tahu tak....Prof kata BOLEH tak kalau kita tak sibuk hal orang?????? or in other words jangan jadi busybody sangat lah kita ni....Dah orang tu tak sampai seru lagi nak kahwin nak buat macam mana...Baik lah kita doakan dia cepat-cepat dapat jodoh yang baik kann...Pastu bila dah kahwin ni soalan lain pulak...Soal anak-anak ni semua kan rezeki dari Allah SWT...Kadang-kadang soalan yang diaju ni agak sensitif jugak kan...Seeloknya kita doakan dia dimurahkan rezeki untuk mendapat cahaya mata yang dapat mendoakan dia apabila di kubur kelak....Macam tak ada soalan lain or tak ada modal dah nak bercakap kan....Inilah sikap kebanyakan masyarakat kita yang perlu diubah...perlu ditangkis...dan perlu diperbetulkan....

The forgotten.

p/s: kulit muka terasa amat lembut dan lembap sekali setelah consume vco ni. gatal di kepala pun dah hilang. rasa macam aktif sedikit dari minggu lepas hari isnin. isnin kan #mondayblues katanya. boleh gitu? bagi testimoni walau tak sampai seminggu penggunaannya. cheghidak abess...

Pjot's wedding & Pd (puff daddy?)

Yesterday we went to Pjot's wedding at Kulai, Johor Bharu. Such a blissful journey with a bit rainy at the beginning and turn to bright sunny day along the way. We just enjoying our way to Pjot's house and really had a delicious and yummy foods too...Doorgift pun bagi nasi + lauk-lauk jugak....thank youuuu...suka mak takyah masak malam....heheh.....

We made a stop at PD on the way back home and guess what hubby first visit after almost 6 years here. hehe. Excited sangattt jahhh!!! Tengok muka pun dah tau kan.... We also excited sangat sebab depan pantai tu ada pasar malam...So apa lagi duryan! duryan! duryan!.... Rm10-1 beg. Wah! Layan zass......

My first day...

Today is my first day taking virgin coconut oil (VCO) in my daily life.

Best sangat ke VCO ni? Kenapa semua orang makan benda alah ni? Jadi apa kalau makan? Hehehehe....Actually dah lama sangat mengikuti perkembangan VCO ni dari kawan-kawan yang ambil...almost 6-12 months jugak la...dok intai-intai je dari jauh...apesal ntah...biasalah kan nak tengok perubahan kat orang dulu pastu baru terkial-kial nak apply kat diri-sendiri...Ok, motip sebenar amek VCO ni adalah untuk (own target):

• Dapat warna kulit yang sekata terutamanya kat wajah yang munggil tak munggil sangat ni
• Nak glow secara semulajadi
• Nak betulkan hormon period yang tak berapa nak stabil ni
• Nak kuruskan badan konon
• Nak selalu kerap beron sebab selalu kena bantuan neskopi dulu baru boleh beron
• Nak hilangkan kelumumur yang bermaharajalela setelah gatai gi tukar shampoo lain
• Nak cergas-cergas taknak lembik macam ikan sardin

Dan rasanya banyak lagi "Nak" sebenarnya...dan yang bestnya lagi VCO ni takdelah mahal sangat (RM39.90) dan kira mampu milik la jugak...dan sangat-sangat berbaloi la kalau dapat semua seperti di atas...VCO ni 100% virgin coconut oil dan tiada bahan kimia...itu yang penting....google je banyak dah testimoni yang rata-rata dapat effect yang sama....jealous mak tau! hahaha....

Kemenangan Berpihak Kepada Gaza-Palestine...

Alhamdulillah...

Gencatan senjata antara Israel-Yahudi dan Palestine khususnya wilayah Gaza telah diadakan...Syukran ya Allah.....Israel terpaksa tunduk dan mengakui kekalahan mereka untuk menakluki wilayah Gaza....Terima kasih kepada Perdana Menteri Mesir, Hosni Mubarak serta kerajaan Turki kerana amat prihatin dan membantu dalam konflik perbalahan yang sudah sekian lama ini..That's what we want...!!! 

No more tears...

No more pains....

No more fighting..

No more bombing....

No more fears...

Palestine is free....u deserved it, Palestinians...that's your land...that's our holy land.....Thank you for defending on behalf of us....For those martyrs, subhanallah your place will be in Jannah....Ya Allah....

• Minuman Bergas

• Makanan Junk Food - banyak MSG boleh tengok kat label...selalunya makanan seperti kerepek2 twisties, pringles, maggi...macam2 lagi la...
• Segala bentuk asam2 jeruk kering seperti asam boi..dan jeruk basah macam2 warna diawetkan warna kuning dan merah, jeruk mangga, jeruk buah2 masam
• Makanan nugget, burger, hotdog
• Makanan jambu batu dengan asam

TABIAT yang PATUT dielakkan:

• Tidur lepas subuh
• Duduk terlalu lama, kena banyak buat streching/renggangan dan bergerak
• Posture duduk yang tak betul..kena duduk tegak
• Tidur membelakangkan suami
• Tidur lepas asar
• Stress yang tidak terkawal
• Kurang/Tidak baca Al Quran
• Kurang/Tidak solat wajib
• Kurang/Tidaksolat dhuha (pembuka rezeki)
• Kurang/Tidak solat hajad (bangun tengah malam dalam pukul 3-4 pagi tuk solat)
• Kurang/Tidak puasa sunat
• Masa period, tuala yang digunakan agak lama, (lebih dari 2 jam) mungkin terkena jangkitan kuman
• Banyak kena radiasi daripada komputer, handphone, mesin photostat dan lain2 (tidak begitu penting)

Cuba untuk AMALKAN:

• Banyakkan beramal...bersedekah...
• Banyakkan solat2 sunat dhuha, hajad, tahajud
• Banyakkan puasa sunat
• Banyakkan zikir
• Banyakkan layan suami dari aspek layanan seks, makanan, mengurut dsb
• Banykkan berkata dengan kata-kata yang baik...buat baik dengan orang lain....jangan suka menyakiti orang lain atau suka menyusahkan orang lain
• Konsisten makan herba turun temurun..kacip fatimah, manjakani, mas cotek, serapat dll
• Konsisten makan sunnah rasulullah seperti kurma, madu, susu kambing, habbatussauda terutama pada waktu pagi
• Kenalah cari orang yang pandai mengurut bagi membetulkan kedudukan rahim, selalunya orang2 tak ada kat salon2..kena pandai tanya orang kat mana...insyallah jumpa, mereka selalu tak minta bayaran yang mahal...sekadar ikhlas, bila ikhlas mengurut, hasilnya insyaallah berkesan...
• Amalkan cara perubatan Rasulullah dengan berbekam seluruh badan setiap bulan...terutama pada setiap 17, 19, 21 bulan Islam...mungkin ada ketumbuhan, cyst, saluran tersumbat yang boleh disembuhkan dengan membuang darah2 kotor yang melekat di dinding rahim
